"一带一路"深化中马友谊共庆建交50周年砥砺前行"

     2024年5月26日，骄阳似火，太阳向地球村倾注了火一般地热情。而地球村里的马来西亚政府和人民，在首都吉隆坡用“骄阳”更为热情的行动，迎来了中国商贸旅游文化使者，共庆“中国与马来西亚建交50周年”。 

 On May 26, 2024, the sun was like fire, and the sun poured fire-like enthusiasm into the global village. The Malaysian government and people in the global village, with the more enthusiastic action of "the sun" in the capital Kuala Lumpur, welcomed the cultural emissary of China's commerce, trade and tourism to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia.
     在这半个世纪的时间里，中马关系不断发展，双边合作领域日益拓宽。“一带一路”，中国提出的全球发展战略，得到了马来西亚热烈支持。  

Over the past half-century, China-Malaysiarelations have continuously developed, with bilateral cooperation expandinginto more areas. The Belt and Road Initiative, a global development strategyproposed by China, has received enthusiastic support from Malaysia.
     在“一带一路”倡议的推动下，中马双方在基础设施建设、经贸、人文等多领域的合作取得了丰硕的成果，为两国人民带来了实实在在的利益。   

Driven by the Belt and Road Initiative,China and Malaysia have achieved fruitful cooperation in infrastructureconstruction, economy and trade, humanities and other fields, bringing tangiblebenefits to the two peoples.
     特别在人文交流方面，中马两国也不断加强友好往来。双方成立了“中马联合委员会”，定期举办文化、教育、科技等领域的交流活动，增进了两国人民之间的相互了解和友谊。   

In particular, cultural exchangesbetween China and Malaysia have strengthened over the years. The establishmentof the "China-Malaysia Joint Committee" has facilitated regularexchange activities in culture, education, science, and technology, enhancingmutual understanding and friendship between the two nations.
     在庆祝中马建交50周年之际，双方纷纷表示，将继续坚定支持彼此的核心利益，深化各领域合作，共建“一带一路”，以海纳百川的胸怀，凝心聚力，共创未来的信心，以商贸融通，经济繁荣为基础，以科技创新，协手发展为目标。让资源整合，文化融合，力量联合，再谱新华章，再创新机遇。展望未来，中马关系将不断迈向新的高度，为两国人民创造更多福祉，也为世界的和平与发展作出更大贡献。  

As we celebrate the 50th anniversaryof diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia, both sides have expressedtheir commitment to continuing to firmly support each other's core interests,deepen cooperation in various fields, and jointly advance the Belt and RoadInitiative. With an open and inclusive mindset, we will work together withconfidence, focusing on business and cultural integration and economic prosperity, and aiming forscientific and technological innovation and joint development. By integratingresources, merging cultures, and uniting strengths, we will create newopportunities and chapters for our future. Looking ahead, China-Malaysiarelations will continue to reach new heights, creating more benefits for bothpeoples and making greater contributions to world peace and development.

    马来西亚国际文化企业促进会柯淑华会长在峰会上欢迎致辞中表示，这是中马首个民间举办的联合商贸文化和庆典晚宴的活动，友谊50年在商贸文化持续交流和沟通下，相信会产生更融洽的火花，中马友谊无论是文化艺术商贸来往升学就业等各个领域在这50年取得伟大的成长和成就，尤其还是商贸和教育，随着一带一路政策日渐成熟，海外非华裔已经视学习和掌握华文是一个通往接轨中国的重要管道，所以，面向多国多元化的文化交流更是为我们海外裔华侨铺下新的里程碑。   

In his welcome speech at the summit,President  KUA SOK HWA  of Malaysia International Cultural AndBusiness Interaction Association   saidthat in the year of 2024 , this is the first non-governmental joint businessculture and celebration dinner between China and Malaysia. With the continuousexchange and communication of business culture for 50 years, it is believedthat there will be more harmonious sparks. China and  Malaysia  have made great growth and achievements invarious fields such as culture, art, business, education, etc. in the past 50years, with the maturity of the Belt and Road policy, Overseas non-Chinese haveregarded learning and mastering Chinese as an important channel to connect withChina. Therefore, multi-national and diversified cultural exchanges have laid anew milestone for our overseas Chinese.

    国际旅游联合会副主席兼中国区主席袁勇先生，发表致辞说，从1974年开始，中国和马来西亚建立正式的外交关系，50年来，中马两国关系总体发展顺利，双方相互尊重、平等互利、合作共赢。同时在各个领域取得重要成果，尤其在文化旅游方面成果卓著。   

Mr. Yuan Yong, Vice Chairman of the International Tourism Federation and Chairman of China Region, delivered a speech, saying that since 1974, China and Malaysia have established formal diplomatic relations. Over the past 50 years, the relations between China and Malaysia have generally developed smoothly, with mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit, and win-win cooperation. At the same time, it has achieved important results in various fields, especially in cultural tourism.

    中国友好代表团团长、大会联合执行主席李桂琴女士在致辞中表示，2024年是中马建交50周年的友好年，中马建交发展50年以来，两国始终相互尊重、相互支持，成为守望相助的友好邦邻。在中国人的心目中，马来西亚有着独特的文化魅力，这片土地诞生众多有世界影响的哲学家、文学家、艺术家、优秀企业家，为全球华人提供了思想的启发，50多年来中马友好合作己成为这个世界的美好佳话。 

 In her speech, Ms. Li Guiqin, head of the China friendship delegation and co-executive chairman of the General Assembly, said that 2024 is the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations 50 years ago, the two countries have always respected and supported each other and become friendly neighbors who care for each other. In the eyes of China people, Malaysia has a unique cultural charm. Many philosophers, writers, artists and outstanding entrepreneurs with world influence have been born in this land, which has provided inspiration for Chinese people all over the world. The friendly cooperation between China and Malaysia has become a beautiful story in this world for more than 50 years.

    大会开幕人曾敏凯先生发表讲话，马来西亚在早期的经济命脉依靠天然资源开发，而那时候的殖民统治者的处理手段不是完整的经济架构，不过，也算是垫下良好的经济基础。进入现代化无疆界世界，中国经济的崛起，现在经济背景带动两国以致全世界的经济脉动，尤其是中马两国在许多领域有很多共同的价值观例如，企业奋斗精神的刻骨耐劳，白手起家，实务实干，诚信仁义等优质文化内涵，除了生意来往有很强的文化的价值观，有更深的共识。人类命运共同体，昌明大马,集体主义，合作共赢，领导人思想同步，接下来的政策建立在信任，稳定生产链，已经不是纯粹的生意或贸易，儿也有政治上的交流对接，马来西亚对中国也许不大，不过，至少安心。

 Mr. Zeng Minkai, the opening speaker of the conference, delivered a speech, saying that Malaysia's economic lifeline in the early days depended on the development of natural resources, and the colonial rulers at that time did not have a complete economic structure, but they could be regarded as laying a good economic foundation. Entering a modern borderless world, China's economy has risen, and now the economic background drives the economic pulse of both countries and the world. In particular, China and Malaysia share many common values in many fields, such as the indomitable spirit of enterprise struggle, self-made, practical work, honesty and benevolence, and other high-quality cultural connotations. Besides business dealings, they have strong cultural values and a deeper consensus. Community of human destiny, prosperous Malaysia, collectivism, win-win cooperation, synchronization of leaders' thoughts, and the following policies are based on trust and stable production chain, which is no longer purely business or trade, but also has political exchanges and docking. Malaysia may not be big to China, but at least it is at ease.

     本次峰会论坛一共举行了四轮，以“一带一路，海纳百川，凝心聚力，共创未来”为主题，以商贸融通、经济繁荣为基础，以科技创新、协同发展为目标。将中、马两国资源整合，文化融合，力量联合，共同开创智慧引领的世界旅游新时代！通过智慧引领，我们将开启全球旅游业的新篇章，谱写新华章，再创新辉煌！ 

 This summit forum has been held for four rounds, with the theme of "One Belt and One Road, All Rivers Run into the Sea, Together for a Better Future", based on trade and economic prosperity, and aiming at scientific and technological innovation and coordinated development. Integrate resources, culture and strength of China and Malaysia to jointly create a new era of world tourism led by wisdom! Guided by wisdom, we will open a new chapter in global tourism, write a new chapter, and create new glories!
